Raise your kids and destroy their life or make them millionaires. The Sims 3 is a strategic life simulation video game, and is the successor of The Sims 2, both in The Sims series, created by Maxis. The game was released for Windows and Mac OS X in June 2009. The Sims 3 was released to home consoles on October 26, 2010, for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Nintendo DS. It will be released for the Wii platform on November 15, 2010.[8][9][10] There is also a Nintendo 3DS version under development, which will be in 3D (although the console itself has not been released yet).[11] It has also been released for mobile phones, such as those running the iOS, Windows Phone 7, webOS, Android, and Nokia N-Gage platforms. The Sims 3 proved to be an instant success, selling 1.4 million copies in its first week and dominating the sales charts over a month later.[12] Critics issued mostly positive reviews. The Sims 3 gained an 86% score from aggregator Metacritic. The Sims 3 is built upon the same concept as its predecessor. Players control their Sims in various activities and form relationships in a manner similar to real life. The Sims 3, like The Sims and The Sims 2, does not have a defined goal, and gameplay is open-ended and indefinite. Sim houses and neighborhoods are entirely in one continuous map. The developers stated, “What you do outside your home now matters as much as what you do within.” The game includes an optional feature called “Story Progression”, which allows all Sims in …

Got the game today (11/18) and now wish I’d waited to see some of the reviews first. My first impressions are not good. The game has some overall good points (music) but the hip belt controller holder concept is a big FAIL. When I had the controller in the belt holster, during play it easily hit the buttons that paused the game, so i took it out and held it instead… and discovered I could wave it around in any manner, even sitting, and get great scores. And the tutorials are kinda useless — they don’t count steps or tell you when to switch sides or… anything. It’s all just watch and copy, no vocal instruction. And they are set at a ridiculous pace, which is what I’m demonstrating here. Just move a teeny bit faster and bam! tutorial over! If you could return video games… not sure I’d keep this one. Just found this www.youtube.com Now this is what the tutorial SHOULD have been like! I can enjoy the game more now after seeing steps broken down like that.

In this video i unbox the newest PS3 accessory to my collection, the official PS3 Bluetooth keyboard. I share my quick thoughts of what it looks/feels like, and also give information on how to pair it with your PS3. This is just raw one take footage, i did no editing etc. I recorded using my ipod touch and my video converter was failing at converting .mov to .wmv for moviemaker which is what i use for editing etc. So yeah i just gave up and uploaded it straight to youtube. I may make some more unboxing/ review type videos of my other PS3 accessories if there’s an audience for those types of videos. I do have more gameplay videos on my computer ready for editing etc. Soz for being super lazy and not uploading for over a month, my life’s a shitpile at the mo, yay. In this video, I review the wireless keypad for the Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) console. This wireless keypad attaches to the PS3 Six Axis controller and is available for sale today for .99 USD. The device has a USB connector at the top which is used to charge it. It has its own battery which isn’t replaceable much like the Six Axis controller. Thankfully, it has it’s own power switch to turn the keypad on and off manually. It has buttons for the Select, Start, and Playstations buttons which work with your existing controller. Along the top of the device are two meta buttons, one blue, and one orange. To type the orange and blue keys on the keypad, one would have to use the each respective meta key. Shift is not used for these characters and is only used for capitalization. As for comfort, I couldn’t type very well until I figured out that I needed to slide my thumbs up from the normal position. Once I did that, I was able to type fairly easily. A great feature of the wireless pad which I have not seen before, is that the entire keypad acts as a trackpad! To turn this on, there’s a toggle button along the bottom which looks like a finger. The sensitivity of the trackpad is not great (given it’s design, it’s understandable), but it is usable for couch surfing and basic tasks. Also along the bottom are two more keys: A message box button and a friends list shortcut. If you have a PS3, and send messages to your friends, this is a good investment. It’s also good for …
