I use my ps3 to play Halo 2 on it
can you use it with the 120gig slim ps3
how? and do you know if when you do this you can still use your ps3 as a gaming system?
No on Slim they took out the option on all those systems
first instal linux then windows then hack and bypass all codes to be able to use the full PS3 power then boom HALO yeahhhh
and yes you can still use it but if you mess up the install it will fuck your HD UP and its a good idea to have insurance on the PS3 if you fuck it up

and now sony canned it with its update and was probaly a waste of time in the first place if they where going to can it down the road also not much people used it since it was to complicated and also a pain for people who did use it now can and loose every thing because of sony
@D12WorldNight Actually, none of the PS3 models can use it now thanks to some shitty update that all PS3 console must use in order to play any games.
@alanibanez Are you stupid? None of the PS3 models can use this because of the new update!!! I can’t believe some people are actually going to buy an older version of the PS3 just to find out that it doesn’t work anyway, and they downgraded their hard drive memory too.
Some people don’t have endless cash – like those in poorer parts of the world…
Converting a console into a PC makes sense if you are poor.
Anyway, if it is something you don’t want to do yourself, great. This post at least makes the information available.
I lost faith in Sony after the rootkits in CD/DVD thing anyway.
