Classic Game Room reviews the Sony PSP Go handheld video game console that plays videogames downloaded from the Sony Network instead of UMD discs. The new model PSP Go is smaller than the older 1000-3000 models and doesn’t use UMD discs (which prevents you from buying used games) or work with the PSP camera and games like Invizimals and Eyepet. PSP go has slick styling, nice buttons and an analog stick as well as good battery life and an excellent screen. Screen size is smaller than older model PSPs though.

Note: I have been shamed by youtube user desertboyzero because I made the foolish mistake of saying these devices were just for the 360, when in fact they fit perfectly on the PS3 controller as well. Apologies! In this video I unbox the Official Sony PS3 Wireless Bluetooth Headset which went on sale in the UK on Friday 28th November 2008. I ordered the headset on Saturday 29t November and it came on today (4th December from Game.co.uk. Most commercial USB headsets are compatible with the playstation 3. In addition, the playstation 3 supports some playstation 2 USB accessories, including the USB SOCOM: US Navy seals headset by Logitech, the singstar microphones and the built-in microphone on the Eyetoy for video and voice chat (although the eyetoy Play game associated with the eyetoy is not available for use on European playstation 3s ). Since the playstation 3 supports Bluetooth technology, any type of wireless headset is compatible with the system; however, Bluetooth wireless headsets are not compatible with playstation 2 games which use the USB headsets (due to being programmed for them only) and therefore the USB headsets must still be used (though this could potentially be solved with future firmware updates). On Sept. 12, 2007, Logitech announced new, Cordless Vantage Headset for Playstation 3. The Blu-ray Disc retail version of Warhawk comes bundled with a Jabra BT125 Bluetooth headset in North America and the Jabra BT135 in Europe. On June 27, 2008, it was announced that the headset that will be paired with the Blu-ray Disc version of SOCOM: US Navy seals Confrontation will be the official Bluetooth headset for the playstation 3 (see image). Classic Game Room HD breaks out another amazing video game review of the classic 1987 controller for the Nintendo Entertainment System, the NES ADVANTAGE!!! Hell yeah, get the advantage in games like 1943 and Star Soldier! Use the arcade style joystick and turbo buttons to your advantage to kick the crap out of hordes of enemy airplanes and space ships. The NES Advantage is easy to find at online auctions like ebay and has tremendous build quality. It withstands the test of time well and just feels like a real arcade joystick. It also had a unique slow feature which would pause and unpause the game. It could be used for one or two player games like Super Mario Brothers Bros. where you didn’t play against each other, but rather switched between 1 and 2 players. The turbo buttons are rock solid and variable, you can adjust independently of each other. You simply can’t go wrong with the most well designed old school classic video game fighting or arcade style joystick controller ever made. Get the advantage! Does not work with Xbox 360, Playstation 2 PS2, Playstation 3 PS3 or Wii Virtual Console. Does work for the Nintendo. One of the best accessories out there (there were lots of neat and bizarre add-ons for the NES like ROB the Robot and that weird ass power glove.) See gameplay of one in action! Games like Contra, Metroid and Bionic Commando will work with the NES Advantage.

Classic Game Room HD reviews Playstation 2 PS2 DUALSHOCK 2 controller. Does it really dual shock you? This is the Playstation 2 Dualshock2 controller for your PS2 video game console system. It is a wired controller with the two analog thumbsticks for excellent video gaming. It rumbles, vibrates and generally kicks ass all around. The Dual Shock thing originally came out of the Playstation 1 PS1 oh so long ago, then they remade it black and sold it with the PS2 when it was released in 2000. All of the familiar buttons are there inclusing the original L2 and R2 buttons instead of the awful triggers that we got with the PS3 Sixaxis controller. This is a nice accessory to have in your stack of PS2 accessories because without it you can’t play any great Playstation 2 games like Grant Theft Auto Vice City, Timesplitters Future Perfect, Red Faction or Gran Turismo 4. This is a unique CGRHD video game review show review of this controller that you won’t find anywhere else. Is this the best controller ever made? You’ll have to decide for yourself, however Classic Game Room likes it. Damn straight.
