Yeah Natal is copy of Playstation 2′s EyeToy.
Not completely true, the PS2 had the Eye Toy which had motion control, and I believe before that there was an older console which had some motion control capabilites, I don’t know the name of that particular console though.
Suck on that, Wii.

Being studying HCI for a few years at a University standard and the technology used in the wii and the Playstation Move don’t even relate.
The eyetoy detects the ball on the Move controller at a accurate and sharp move, Wii uses a limited motion system which follows a small series of movements.
Now with the Eyetoy this ‘COPIES’ the player’s movement and will follow what the user does, this is not copied technology.
Natal is copied and developed but is again a fantastic device.

Depending on the game/application, you can hold it different ways. If you’re just drawing for example, any way round will do as long as the camera can see the sphere.
